It’s a later start to the game in Calgary tonight as the Flames host the Pittsburgh Penguins. Game time is 8pm MT and will be aired on CBC Hockey Night In Canada.

The projected line up for tonight has been named. Mikael Backlund will center Mike Cammalleri and Lee Stempniak to start while Mark Giordano and T.J. Brodie will back them up on the blue line. Sean Monahan has been bumped up to the second line with Jiri Hudler and Paul Byron, while the grit line, Kevin Westgarth, Brian McGrattan, and Joe Colborne, stays intact on the fourth. Ladislav Smid has been paired with Dennis Wideman on defense and Reto Berra will start in net.

In Abbotsford, the Heat are 4th in the Western Conference with a record of 23-13-1 in 38 games and have 48 points so far this season. Ben Street and Chad Billins have recently been named to the AHL All-Star Classic Team alongside Ryan Spooner of the Providence Bruins and T.J. Brennan of the Toronto Marlies. The AHL All-Star Classic will take place in St. John’s, Newfoundland, and is sure to be an entertaining time.
