Site5 And FanSided Holiday Season Charity Drive

The Holiday Season is upon us. With Thanksgiving here and quickly gone, and Christmas and Hanukkah almost here, this is time time of year to give if you can. While many of us are fortunate for the things that we have in our lives, there are some people who are not as fortunate and that’s what this post is all about.

The FanSided Sports network in collaboration with Site5 has announced our first Charity effort. The Boys and Girls Club of America. I would bet that we all know someone who may have benefited from this wonderful program at one time or another and as a sports related network, we could not think of a better Charity to support at this time. One of the great things about the BGCA is that children all over get an opportunity to play a sport that they love, meet others and have some fun doing it at the same time.

Site5 is the company that does our web hosting, and they do a great job of it, has joined with FanSided in this effort. Our goal as a network is to raise $5,000, with Site5 giving us a head start. Here’s the mission statement for the Boys and Girls Club of America:
