12. Dallas Stars

119. Big two way right winger from Finland. Was best player for underwhelming team at World Junior tournament and will return with his booming shot to lead Finland at the event next year.<br />. Right Wing. TPS (SM Liiga). Mikko Rantanen. 12. player

14. Boston Bruins

Right Wing. Halifax (QMJHL). Timo Meier. 14. player. 70. After losing Kessel, Wheeler, Seguin, Iginla and Horton who all played right wing in Boston, the Bruins add a highly skilled goal scoring right winger from Switzerland.

15. Calgary Flames

112. Merkley, a Calgary native is one of the best playmakers in the entire draft. Scored an astounding 90 points on the strength of 70 assists in 72 games with the Kelowna Rockets of the WHL. Helped lead team to a WHL Championship and made it all the way to the Memorial Cup final game before losing to the Oshawa Generals in overtime. Merkley is a bit undersized which sees him fall a few slots in the draft, but his skill, vision and puckhandling skills are second to only McDavid in the draft. A draft eligible player finishing third in the WHL in assists is no small feat, and Merkley will be feeding passes to Sean Monahan from the right side for many years to come in Calgary.. Center/Right Wing. Kelowna (WHL). Nick Merkley. 15. player
