Realignment Insanity

Now to go a little off topic, I’m going to talk about the NHL as a whole. A couple weeks a go the NHLPA turned down the realignment proposed by the Board of Governors.  They were not consulted on this matter, therefore they pouted and turned it down.  I have a proposal for the NHLPA and the BoG.  It involves a lot of traveling, but it’s a nice toast to the history of the league.

I know it’s insane but how cool would it be to have an Original Six division?  The rivalries would be rekindled.  And the 67 expansion teams plus the Canucks and Sabres would be pretty awesome to see too.
