Congratulations to Shawn Mollison for earning one point in the latest First Goal Contest by being the entrant closest to the time which the goal was scored. Once again, nobody was able to correctly guess which Calgary Flames player would score first.

Next opportunity for guess the Calgary Flames first goal of the game scorer comes this Tuesday when the Anaheim Ducks come to the Dome. Anaheim of course is where the Flames marquee free agent signing Jonas Hiller played before signing in Calgary. Let’s make this contest a little extra special and instead of offering 2 points for correctly guessing the first goal of the game scorer, let’s make it 3 points. I really want the Flames to beat the Ducks.
