The Calgary Flames schedule was released several weeks ago, with fans getting an insight into when other teams of interest may be coming into town, and now, the AHL affiliate Calgary Wranglers have done the same, and after a fantastic 2022-23 season, this is a great time for Flames fans to get down to the Dome and see the future of the organization in action.

Last year saw the standout seasons of Jakob Pelletier, Walker Duehr, Matthew Phillips and most of all Dustin Wolf, and with so many more intriguing new names coming through the organization, they should be just as fun to watch this year.

Adding to the team will be Rory Kerins, William Stromgren and other new faces joining the likes of Connor Zary and Cole Schwindt, who are expected to take big leaps this season, and if you want to see the future in action, there’s no better way then getting to the Dome for a Wranglers game. On top of that, several games throughout the year will force the Saddledome to play host to double-headers involving the WHL’s Calgary Hitmen given their schedule release, and with so much great hockey to see throughout those different levels, Flames fans will have plenty to take in this season.

So what do you think Flames fans? Who is a name you’re looking forward to seeing on the Wranglers this year? How many games did you catch this past year in the Wranglers return to Calgary? How many will you be seeing this year, and if it’s a lot, will you be watching over the Flames at any point? As always, let us know all your thoughts in the comments below.
