American Hockey League
With the arrival of Aydar Suniev and Jonathan Castagna in the NHL, the top-end prospects in the AHL have been limited, but that doesn't mean there's not plenty to look forward too for Flames fans. Despite the Wranglers playing well, no player 22 or under is dominating for the team thus far, with the highest scorer among them being Hunter Brzustewicz with 1 goal and 5 points through 10 games played.
Beyond that, players such as Abram Wiebe (0G, 5A, 5P, 10GP), Axel Hurtig (3G, 1A, 4P, 10GP), and Andrew Basha (1G, 1A, 2P, 10GP) have shown promise, but the development for all three certainly won't come quickly.
There's also players such as William Stromgren and Rory Kerins, both of whom are under the age of 25 that could play a role in the NHL, but with the Flames looking to build for the long-term, it's likely than neither will get a significant role at the highest level moving forward.
