The Calgary Flames have been a mixed bag at the NHL Draft in recent years, and while things have improved under Craig Conroy, it's safe to say that they've had some major misses that could hold the franchise back for some time to come.

Right now, the future looks very promising, and with multiple first round picks over the next three years (and potentially another if the Vegas Golden Knights win the Stanley Cup), so there's plenty to be excited about for Flames fans.
