For years, Calgary Flames fans sat by and watched as General Manager Brad Treliving made questionable decision after questionable decision, ultimately leading to the downfall of a core group and team that never quite reached the heights they teased in 2021/22.
While the team have only gone downhill since Treliving's departure, most of that has been by design under GM Craig Conroy, who has the team committed to their first true rebuild, perhaps in franchise history. The future looks bright, but for some, that isn't enough, and while most fans are excited about the prospect pool that is being built, there are those that question if the current front office have the patience to let this rebuild play out.
So, that raises the question, just how confident are current Flames fans in the front office? How about the wider NHL fanbase? That's something that The Athletic recently asked, and the answers are very, very telling.
The 2026 NHL front office confidence results are in and there's no surprise who lands first.
