The Calgary Flames have finally admitted they need a rebuild, and while the present isn't looking anywhere near as bright as the future, they've already seen debuts of players such as Zayne Parekh, Hunter Brzustewicz and Matvei Gridin in recent years.
That should continue in the years to come, with Craig Conroy's 2024, 2025 and 2026 draft classes all being heralded as some of the best in the NHL, the future is looking bright if they can find their ever-elusive 1C of the future.
