Team Canada - Cole Reschny, Carson Carels, Chase Harrington

Unsurprisingly, Team Canada is the one team that will likely have the most Canadian players on it, and not only that, but The Athletic have predicted the Flames to have a top line winger in Cole Reschny (although the belief is that he could be the 1C as well) and a top-pairing defenseman in Carson Carels.

That should come as absolutely no surprise, with both players featured as a few of the only returners for Canada, and given the leadership skills both have shown, it wouldn't be a shock to see Reschny with a 'C' with Carels potentially wearing an 'A'.

Beyond that, The Athletic have predicted 2026 second-round pick Chase Harrington to play a role off the bench, and while he may not see too much action, given the physical threat the he provides, if given the opportunity, he could absolutely cause havoc on the fourth-line.
