First was Whitecloud and Team Canada, who finished off a 4-0 domination of the USA highlighted by Zach Whitecloud's first assist of the tournament on a Connor Brown goal that clinched their place in the semifinals.
While Matt Coronato wasn't too effective for the USA, Cooley had another great showing in net, saving 26 of the 28 shots he saw on the night, and while it wasn't enough to keep them alive, Cooley's career year continues on.
As for Finland, they had a tough matchup with Team Czechia for a place in the semifinals, but it ended up in a dominant performance, as the Finns came away winners 4-1, dominating the competition as they have done all tournament.
