The Calgary Flames are just 51 days away from the final opening night in the history of the Scotiabank Saddledome, and while the team aren't expected to be too competitive, there's always silver linings for fans.
This year, the focus will be on the youth movement that's sweeping through Calgary, and if the team can land another high pick in 2027 and see their prospects in the NCAA, CHL and Europe develop the way they hope, success may be right around the corner.
