Sleeping in on a Sunday morning!  With thirteen 8PM starts to Saturday nights for our Calgary Flames, sleeping in on a Sunday morning should be a customary practice for Flames fans.  With that said, good morning Flames fans.

Let’s look back at the two polls which Flame For Thought administered earlier this week.  53% of the Flame For Thought family believes the Calgary Flames should take a “wait and see” approach with Mikael Backlund.  86% of the Flame For Thought family believes that TJ Brodie should have his contract extension signed before the beginning of this season.

Over at Yahoo and their Puck Daddy blog, they take a look at plans starting in 2015-16 plan for the AHL and NHL to try to make sure the Abbotsford Heat (the now former Calgary Flames affiliate) are the last western based hockey team to lose their franchise.  How many AHL games do you watch per season, if any?

Speaking of the Adirondack Flames, here is a link to their latest news story, “(Adirondack) Flames Announce Front Office Staff“.

Now it’s time for the second installment of ISEE, “Iggy Smalls Excellent Edits“.  Today’s edit features “Mony” (Sean Monahan) and “Backs” (Mikael Backlund).

Have a great Sunday Flames fans.
